What we take on, and what we do not

Saying this plainly saves everyone a call. If your debt is on the right-hand list, we will tell you so in the assessment and point you somewhere useful instead — at no charge.

Provided the account is already overdue. A one-time settlement generally becomes available once a lender has classified the account at 90+ days.

We do not handle these

Home loans and mortgages
Utility bills
Alimony and maintenance
Tax dues
New loans of any kind

Secured debt is backed by an asset the lender can recover, so there is almost no settlement leverage. For the rest, the relevant department’s grievance route is the right door.

What we do

Four programmes

Debt Resolution Program

Our Debt Resolution Program provides expert guidance to help you settle, consolidate or repay debt more effectively. We negotiate directly with the bank or NBFC until a reduced figure is issued in writing, and once you authorise us we handle the recovery team on your behalf.

Personal Loan SettlementUnsecured, so lenders have room to concede. The commonest file we close.
Credit Card SettlementUsually the largest reduction of the four, and usually the fastest to agree.
Business Loan SettlementHandled with the documentation a lender’s credit committee will ask for.
Auto Loan SettlementSecured against the vehicle, so lenders concede far less and repossession changes the maths. We say so before you start.

Debt Consolidation ProgramSeveral balances brought under one repayment, so there is one date to remember instead of six.

CZI does not lend. Any lending product is arranged through partner lenders, and only once your existing debt is resolved. We do not issue new loans and we do not take applications for them.
